Build it Bright! Crafting Your Solar Marketing Program

will deliver content through webinar, podcast and blog posts over a six-month period.  It is hosted by Energy Trust of Oregon for installers as part of the nonprofit’s ongoing efforts to reduce solar costs and increase solar installations in Oregon. Contractors installing systems throughout the U.S. are also welcome to participate at no cost.

The webinar will help you identify goals, create a road map to track the strategy delivery and ROI of your solar marketing program, develop internal resources; best practices for hiring outside resources, and identify new markets for company growth.

Presenting Your Best: Marketing Campaigns and Creative Content is the third session in the ongoing “Build It Bright” marketing solar training series by Glenna Wiseman of Identity3 working with Energy Trust of Oregon. This webinar is focused on campaign priorities and creative development. Goals will be to Identify and communicate key benefits and customer aspirations for solar marketing. We will address content marketing, PR, social media, online digital ads, the use of tools including Faraday for identification of prospects and referral programs.

Efficient Activation: Tools and Strategies for Efficient Campaign Delivery is the fourth session in the ongoing “Build It Bright” marketing solar training series by Glenna Wiseman of Identity3 working with Energy Trust of Oregon. Topics for this webinar include activating campaigns, editorial calendaring for content and social media, and campaign project management. The webinar will include tips on securing co-op funds from solar component manufacturers including a review of Energy Trust co-op marketing funds program and tips for implementation.

Tracking Results: Implementing Systematic Return on Investment Reporting is the fifth session in the ongoing “Build It Bright” marketing solar training series by Glenna Wiseman of Identity3 working with Energy Trust of Oregon. Topics for this webinar include creating the key performance indicators (KPI’s) that are most important to your firm, data capture and analysis, lead conversion tracking through the marketing and sales process, and use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for sales tracking against marketing campaigns.

The Putting It All Together: From Assessment to Tracking Results, Create the Building Blocks of your Solar Marketing Program webinar is the final topic in the “Build It Bright” marketing solar training series by Glenna Wiseman of Identity3 working with Energy Trust of Oregon. The webinar highlights key points critical to building your solar marketing program including taking stock, mapping strategy, campaigns and creative, efficient delivery and tracking results.
