Glenna Wiseman
Founding Principal

Glenna Wiseman is the founding principal of Identity3, a marketing services company serving the needs of solar and cleantech firms in the United States and abroad.

Wiseman has been an executive marketing professional in the solar industry since 2007.  Her expertise includes work with companies along the solar supply chain from manufacturers to installers, financing entities to solar O&M providers and across continents to international firms.  She has fueled growth in start-ups to divisions of Fortune 500 organizations.

Wiseman is a recognized marketer, writer and speaker within the industry.  In 2018 she was named a 2018 Women of M2M Marketing by Connected World Magazine. “Identity3’s Glenna Wiseman, has delivered vibrant marketing for firms at every stage of the solar-supply chain, which is only one of the reasons she was named to the 2018 Connected World Women of IoT in Marketing list,” said Peggy Smedley, President/Editorial Director, Connected World Magazine.

Her speaking engagements include high-profile industry conferences including Solar Power International and Intersolar North America. Her topics frequently cover customer acquisition, brand and marketing strategy and business development in emerging solar markets. She has developed content and delivered it through innovative forums including her work for the Energy Trust of Oregon’s 2016 soft cost reduction initiative, “Build it Bright, Crafting Your Solar Marketing Program” a series for installers now featured on HeatSpring, an educational platform serving 47,000 visitors monthly.

As founder and principal of Identity3, she has delivered vibrant marketing for firms at every stage of the solar supply chain, nationally and internationally. Her work has fueled success for a variety of profit and nonprofit organizations in a variety of size and maturation phases. Country of origin for her clients have included the United States, Belgium, Greece, Japan and Jordan to date, with global client operations.

Wiseman has served on the Solar Power International Educational Education committee.  She has worked actively on green building and city sustainability programs through the U.S. Green Building Council, CA Local Governments Commission, and her hometown, City of Redlands Climate Action Task Force.

Wiseman is a passionate team leader and experienced entrepreneur.  She has been a founding team member of successful companies in the construction, marketing and environmental sectors.  Over her career she has worked with leading brands, Fortune 500 companies, leading builders and large utilities.

She graduated with honors, holding a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Business from the Seaver College of Pepperdine University including participation in the Seaver College Year-In-Europe program in Heidelberg, Germany.

Aimee Tuck
Principal, Corbae Creative

With a diverse background in design and marketing communications, including earning her marketing design chops in the building industry, Aimee got her start in the solar industry in 2000, working with Xantrex Technology, post merger with Trace Engineering. Bringing her technical expertise together with her design and marketing experience, Aimee has helped define visual and marketing strategies for B-to-B and B-to-C solar companies national and international in scope.

Aimee founded Corbae Creative in 2002 to provide effective design and marketing communications solutions to renewable and sustainable companies. She has had the opportunity to work with amazing solar companies over the years, helping drive design and marketing strategy in unique ways. Never forgetting “effective”, Aimee works closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure on point messaging that tells a story in a visual way.

Aimee has spoken about design as a marketing strategy in the solar industry as well as published pieces offering practical advice to help design stand out.

Matthew Wiseman

Creative services including video, webinar and podcast editing are provided by Matthew Wiseman, Glenna’s son.

His inquisitive nature and research prowess bring new perspectives to our work. As he completes his Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications/ Advertising with a minor in Japanese at San Jose State University in Northern California, Wiseman channels youthful energy and new thinking to our work.  His travels abroad to Japan also help lend an international flavor to our already global business.

Vince Norris has worked in the design industry for over 25 years. Having worked for various award winning design firms in San Diego he quickly realized what people really needed to promote their businesses and increase ROI. 8 years ago he decided to set out on his own and formed Norris Portfolio, Inc.
